It's easy for any big company to write long paragraphs about how good they are and about how they always put the customer first, about the commitment they all have towards the customer care but in fact it's just a load of sale jargon.
The truth of the matter is they probably don't, just another company with no face making money off you!! With plenty of excuse's when things go wrong.On the other hand I'm different, this is my company and you CAN see my face in fact I'm the one working on the picture below. I do care, my phone is always on to talk to customers just like you. You can even phone me at home.
I don't need to charge the earth to pay for big buildings, office staff and accountants we are a team of 7 engineers that are good at what we do. I can offer you exactly what any other companys do because we all buy our equipment from the same places. I'm very much independent so I'm not tied to any brand unlike your big company's, and I should know because I worked for one for 12 years.
On average my quotes are a good 20% cheaper than the other company's.
